Мы рады сообщить Вам, что в этом году исполнилось двадцать лет с начала работы Корпуса Мира США
в Кыргызской Республике.
Программа Корпуса Мира по устойчивому развитию сообществ началась в 1996
году и поддерживает стратегию развития
страны в ее стремлении создать и усилить
гражданское общество, содействовать НПО,
бизнес кооперативам и другим общественным организациям достигнуть своих
долгосрочных целей по устойчивому
развитию.
Программа Устойчивого Развития Сообществ (УРС) имеет следующие цели:
·
Развитие профессионального потенциала отдельных представителей сообщества
путем повышения профессиональных навыков
·
Организационное развитие, способствующее повышению качества предоставляемых
услуг посредством усиления организационной структуры и навыков планирования.
·
Развитие сообществ, способствующее укреплению взаимодействия и
сотрудничества между организациями общинного типа, местных бизнес структур и
государственных учреждений для продвижения активного участия в решении проблем
через проведение оценок нужд сообществ и реализацию общинных проектов.
Программа Устойчивого Развития Местных Сообществ и Организаций
предоставляет волонтеров в общественные объединения, общественные фонды,
учреждения, ассоциации, бизнес кооперативы (ремесленнические, фермерские и
др.), малые туристические организации на уровне сообщества (Community Based
Tourism), международные проекты, работающие на региональном уровне (USAID,
Helvetas, UNDP). Срок работы Волонтеров 2 года.
В апреле 2013 года мы готовимся встретить новую группу волонтеров Корпуса
Мира, пребывающих в Кыргызстан. По истечении интенсивной двухмесячной языковой
подготовки и ориентации волонтеры смогут начать свою работу на местах в июне
2013 г.
В настоящее время мы работаем над выбором потенциальных
неправительственных, общинных и других
организаций, способствующие развитию местных сообществ.
Основные требования организации для заявки на волонтера:
·
Активная поддержка сообщества (НЕ наблюдаются антиамериканские настроения и
этническое давление, НЕТ истории больших случаев криминала)
·
Наличие постоянной и активной деятельности в организации
·
Приоритетные направления деятельности: туризм, сельское хозяйство,
национальное ремесленничество, экология, гендер, молодежные инициативы
·
Юридическая регистрация (ОО, ОФ, жамаат, ассоциация, кооператив, др.)
·
Не менее 2-х лет опыта работы
·
Рабочий офис и рабочее место для волонтера (вместе с остальными
сотрудниками)
·
Наличие не менее 2-х сотрудников, которые работают полный или неполный
рабочий день
·
Желательно в сельской местности (Бишкек не предпочтителен; Ош, Джалал-Абад
и Баткен не рассматриваются)
·
Наличие 3 вариантов семьи для волонтера
·
Основная инфраструктура села/города (транспорт, местная телефонная линия,
хорошая сотовая связь, доступ к питьевой воде)

The U.S. Embassy in
the Kyrgyz Republic invites local non-governmental
organizations interested in design, development and distribution of American
English textbooks for grades 4-7 throughout the country to submit letters of
interest by 10:00 am on December 3, 2012.
The Public Affairs
Section of the U.S. Embassy will hold a pre-solicitation informational session
for interested organizations on December 6, 2012.
The goals of this
project are as follows:

To adapt American English textbooks for nationwide use in
grades 4-7.
·
To revise national curriculum for English instruction for
grades 4-7.
·
To coordinate training of teachers for use of the textbook
and implementation of the new curriculum for grades 4-7.
·
To distribute new textbooks nationwide.

Американские Советы по Международному Образованию (АСПРЯЛ/АКСЕЛС) в
Кыргызской Республике объявляют открытие конкурса «Empower Access» в 2013 году. Последний срок подачи
анкеты на программу 10 декабря 2012 года.
Программа «Empower Access» (EAP)
является регионально ориентированной программой профессионального
обмена, как для индивидуальных лиц, так
и для организаций, непосредственно работающих с людьми с ограниченными
возможностями. Данная программа финансируется Государственным Департаментом
США и Бюро по делам образования и
культуры. В Кыргызстане, Казахстане,
Пакистане и Таджикистане программа EAP администрируется Американскими Советами
по Международному Образованию: АСПРЯЛ / АКСЕЛС. Не более 15 участников из Кыргызстана, Казахстана, Пакистана и
Таджикистана посетят США, где в течение одного месяца они пройдут стажировку в американской принимающей
организации, изучая такие вопросы как,
управление НПО и укрепление
потенциала, практика в области
искусства, адаптивные технологии, спортивный менеджмент, инклюзивное
образование, политика и законодательство, оздоровительные инициативы и
пропаганды. Кроме того, программа EAP предоставит возможность 15 американцам нанести ответный визит в
страны участников.
Цели программы:
·
поддержка, как отдельных лиц, так и
организаций в их работе с людьми с
ограниченными возможностями;
·
пропаганда политики и программ в интересах людей с ограниченными
возможностями;
·
содействие здоровому гражданскому обществу, что позволит отдельным лицам и организациям, работающим с людьми с
ограниченными возможностями,
обмениваться передовым опытом и
содействовать межсекторальному сотрудничеству в рамках двустороннего
профессионального обмена;
·
обеспечение пользы от программы
обмена людям с нарушениями
функций органов чувств, физическими недостатками, а также их семьям;
·
создание и расширение системы взаимодействия отдельных лиц и организаций, работающих
с людьми с ограниченными возможностями;
·
создание общего языка для разработки практических решений для общих проблем
и забот.
Критерии для участия в программе:
·
иметь гражданство и проживать в Кыргызстане, Казахстане, Пакистане и
Таджикистане (заявители должны проживать в стране их гражданства);
·
иметь соответствующий опыт и продемонстрировать готовность работать с людьми с ограниченными возможностями;
·
продемонстрировать лидерские
качества и навыки совместной работы;
·
иметь желание и умение разработать и осуществить непродолжительные взаимные
проекты для участников США в ответ;
·
владеть английским языком на высоком уровне. Для всех полуфиналистов, будет
проведен экзамен ITP TOEFL. При наличии сертификатов официального теста TOEFL (проходной балл 500 -
бумажный вариант, 60 - интернет
вариант) или теста IELTS (6 или выше), вы можете предоставить
нам Ваш сертификат.

Программа Jasa.kg Международного Молодежного Фонда (ММФ) объявляет
грантовый конкурс на тему: «Молодежные предпринимательские клубы»
Проект должен способствовать дальнейшему развитию и обеспечить устойчивость
30 предпринимательских клубов, созданных в 2012 г. в средних школах новостроек
вокруг г. Бишкек, г. Кара-Балта, Ошской и Жалал-Абадской области. Цель клубов –
это культивировать и развивать предпринимательский потенциал уязвимых групп
молодежи. Предлагаемый проект должен охватывать, как минимум 400 молодых людей
в возрасте от 14 до 17 лет.
Срок реализации: 12 месяцев, с февраля 2013 г. по январь 2014 г.
Максимальная сумма бюджета: 50 000 долларов США

The UN World Food Programme in the Kyrgyz
Republic is announcing a vacancy for
the position of Field Monitor Assistant (2 positions) for Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic .
Supervision received:
The Field Monitor Assistant will be directly supervised by the
National Programme Officer and under the general supervision of the Head of
Programme
Accountabilities:
Within delegated authority, the Field Monitor Assistant will be
responsible for the following duties:
·
Coordinate and monitor the
implementation of the assistance programme at the local level, in close
collaboration with the implementing partners;
·
Monitor and review the overall
commodity movements such as food deliveries, storage, transport and
distribution at the site and verify if the amounts received have been properly
recorded, damaged or suspected to be damaged;
·
Supervise the efficient
distribution of food items at the site and ensure proper distribution of
entitlements and verify appropriate entitlements are distributed and provide
feedback to Field Officers and others on the distribution;
·
Assist in the conduct of regular
meetings of refugee leaders and implementing partners on the commodity
pipeline, distribution arrangements, food entitlements and other relevant
issues;
·
Assist in the implementation of the
plan of action, review achievement and constraints and provide feedback
accordingly;
·
Assist the WFP Officer and
implementing partners in encouraging women’s access to economic skills
development and sensitizing public opinion on gender issues and gender focused
activities;
·
Report periodically to the WFP
Officer on relevant events regarding food management, distribution and other
related issues;
·
Identify any apparent issues in
the programme and report them to the appropriate personnel;
·
Supervise and train other
personnel as appropriate;
·
Perform other related duties as
required.

The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme is the UN
organization that promotes volunteerism to support peace and development

Officer in Bishkek the UNV volunteer will undertake the following tasks:

Filling refugee status
determination (RSD) Registration Forms and interviewing persons of concern to
UNHCR.
·
Assisting the protection staff in
the counseling of refugees and asylum-seekers (especially those who have
suffered any trauma, medical cases or have particular social problems).
·
Handling individual case files in
the Protection Unit.
·
Updating the database of
individual cases.
·
Assisting with resettlement,
voluntary repatriation and local integration cases, submissions or referrals.
·
Monitoring and collecting
relevant country-of-origin (COI) information.
·
Assisting in organization of
consultations and meetings with target refugee groups to determine needs,
issues, and community responses.
·
In close collaboration with the
Protection staff, and using beneficiaries databases and other sources of
information, identifying vulnerable groups such as unaccompanied minors and
disabled refugees as well as individuals or groups with special needs such as
single headed households and the elderly and mobilizes community support in
order to address their needs.

reports.

The KPSP is a three-year technical assistance initiative funded by

Long term position: Program Officer
Responsibilities:

Teaching and designing an English
teaching program for select MPs and parliamentary staff already possessing some
level of fluency in English including leading a weekly English discussion club;

the Performance Monitoring Plan (PMP) to ensure the KPSP meets PMP indicator
and percentage targets;
